Ramayana: The Game of Life
Ramayana: The Game of Life

This book is the sequel to the nationwide chart-topper, Rise of the Sun Prince, in the new mystical and motivational series Ramayana – The Game of Life. Twelve elated years have passed in Ayodhya since the marriage of Rama and Sita at the end of Book 1.

Now, in this book, the author, Shubha Vilas, describes the fascinating spectacle of Rama’s exile. Through stories of Rama’s steadfast and mysterious persona, the book explains us how to handle setbacks completely; through Bharata’s actions, it shows us to handle enticement; and through Sita’s bravery, to search beyond our relief zone. This difficult family spectacle provides deep intuitions on how human associations work and how they nosedive.

I belong to a generation which has grown up watching Ramayana in national television. Do when I first started reading this book I was hoping it to be a familiar read.

But this book opened Pandora’s box for me. The writing is not only well written with the scenes we’ll captured in words but the author also makes an attempt to explain the significance if Ramayana learning a in our normal life and how it can applied.

With such enriched learning a this book has turned out to be a good source of applying ancient lead mugs in present day life.

Though we leave in kalyug, some of this learning can definitely create a positive atmosphere within us, which in turn can lead to create a better society.

Some leanings if mine which I feel need the mention here are

  • How each stage of Rama reactions can be applied to our daily life. the author has not only nicely expressed the scenes of Ramayana but he has also made sure that he communicates the importance of it.
  • People like me who have not read Ramayana and are just used to movies/serials, this book opens lot of new insights on this ancient epic.

I just gave a drop of information that this book has. If you wish to navigate the ocean then I recommend you to read this book online. Great work by the author .

With Valmiki’s Ramayana as its managing light, this book skillfully tangles poetic loveliness from the Kamba Ramayana and Ramacharitramanas, as well as folk viewpoint from the Loka Pramana tales, to validate how the ancient classic holds immediate significance to modern life. Experience the antique saga of the Ramayana like never before by ordering this book.
